25 Validity of proceedings A decision of the Tribunal is not invalid only because— (a) of a vacancy in the office of a member; or (b) of a defect or irregularity in, or in connection with, the appointment of a member or acting member; or S. 25(c) amended by No. 51/2000 s. 16. (c) in the case of a person appointed to act as President, a Vice President or a Deputy President, the occasion for so acting had not arisen or had ceased; or S. 25(d) inserted by No. 51/2000 s. 16. (d) a member or former member represents a party in a proceeding in contravention of section 25A. S. 25A inserted by No. 51/2000 s. 17.
