23 Notification of commencement of inquiry under section 139(2)(c) (1) If a matter is referred to the Tribunal for inquiry under section 139(2)(c) of the **Equal Opportunity** **Act 2010**, the Tribunal may direct the principal registrar to notify any person who the Tribunal considers may have an interest in that matter. (2) The principal registrar must notify a person specified under subclause (1) in the manner specified by the Tribunal. (3) The Tribunal may direct that notification under subclause (1) be done by the publication of an advertisement in the manner specified by the Tribunal.
