173 Transitional—Justice Legislation Amendment (Access to Justice) Act 2018—enforcement of monetary orders (1) This section applies to a monetary order that was made before the day on which section 68 of the **Justice Legislation Amendment (Access to Justice) Act 2018** comes into operation (the ***commencement day***). (2) Subject to subsection (3), section 121 as substituted by section 68 of the **Justice Legislation Amendment (Access to Justice) Act 2018** applies to the monetary order. (3) If, before the commencement day, the monetary order was taken to be an order of a court under section 121(3) as then in force, section 121 as then in force continues to apply despite its substitution by section 68 of the **Justice Legislation Amendment (Access to Justice) Act 2018**.
