166 Savings—Open Courts Act 2013 (1) Despite the repeal of section 101 by the **Open Courts Act 2013**, section 101 (as in force immediately before its repeal) continues to apply on and after that repeal in relation to a proceeding commenced to be heard (but not determined) by the Tribunal before that repeal. (2) Despite the repeal of section 101 by the **Open Courts Act 2013**, an order made under section 101 (as in force immediately before its repeal) and in force at the date of that repeal continues to apply on and after that repeal.
