164 Transitional provision—Equal Opportunity Act 2010 Despite the amendments made by the **Equal Opportunity Act 2010**, this Act as in force immediately before the commencement of Division 1 of Part 14 of that Act, continues to apply to— (a) proceedings in respect of complaints referred to in section 193(2) of the **Equal Opportunity Act 2010**, other than a complaint that the parties consent to being dealt with as a dispute; and (b) proceedings in respect of applications referred to in section 195(2) of the **Equal Opportunity Act 2010**; and (c) proceedings in respect of complaints referred to in section 30(2) of the **Racial and** **Religious Tolerance Act 2001**, other than a complaint that the parties consent to being dealt with as a dispute.
