155 Quorum and meeting procedure (1) The quorum of the Rules Committee is 4 members. S. 155(2) amended by No. 11/2021 s. 61. (2) A question arising at a meeting (including a meeting held by remote means) is determined by a majority of votes and the person presiding has a deliberative vote and, in the case of an equality of votes, a second or casting vote. (3) The Rules Committee must ensure that accurate minutes are kept of its meetings. (4) In all other respects the Rules Committee may regulate its own proceedings.
