145Principal registrar's certificate

145 Principal registrar's certificate (1) A certificate certifying as to any matter relating to the contents of the register kept under section 144 and purporting to be signed by the principal registrar or another registrar is admissible in any proceeding before a court, tribunal or person acting judicially as evidence of the matter certified. (2) Subject to any order of the Tribunal under Part 5 of the **Open Courts Act 2013** and to any certificate under section 53 or 54, the principal registrar must supply such a certificate to any person who asks for it and who pays the prescribed fee (if any).
