133 Non-compliance with order (1) A person who does not comply with an order of the Tribunal, other than a monetary order, is guilty of an offence. 1. Imprisonment until the person complies with the order or for 3 months, whichever is sooner or a fine of 20 penalty units and 5 penalty units for each day the non-compliance continues after the making of the order, up to a maximum total fine of 50 penalty units or both imprisonment and fine. (2) However, if the Tribunal makes an order without giving the person against whom it is made an opportunity to be heard, subsection (1) only applies on the person being given personally or in accordance with subsection (3)— (a) a copy of the order certified by the principal registrar or a member of the Tribunal as being an accurate copy; and (b) a copy of this section. (3) If the Tribunal is satisfied that it is not possible or appropriate for a person to be personally given the documents referred to in subsection (2), the Tribunal may specify another method for service of the documents on the person under that subsection.
