121 Enforcement of monetary orders (1) A person in whose favour a monetary order is made may enforce the order in— (a) if the amount owing under the order is within the jurisdictional limit of the Magistrates' Court, the Magistrates' Court; or (b) otherwise, either the County Court or the Supreme Court. (2) For the purposes of the enforcement of a monetary order under subsection (1), the order is taken to be an order of the court in which it is to be enforced.
