110 Costs of intervention
(1) The Tribunal may order that a person given leave to intervene in a proceeding pay an amount specified by the Tribunal to a party as compensation for all or part of the costs reasonably incurred by the party as a result of the intervention.
(2) If the Attorney-General or Director intervenes in a proceeding, the Tribunal may order that the State pay an amount specified by the Tribunal to a party as compensation for all or part of the costs reasonably incurred by the party as a result of the intervention.
