90 Targeted testing—certain Victoria Police employees (1) This section applies to Victoria Police employees who are rostered on and who— (a) work in a designated work unit; or (b) carry out a designated work function in the course of their duty or in the performance of their duties. (2) The Chief Commissioner may give a testing direction to a person specified in subsection (1) if the Chief Commissioner reasonably believes that the person appears to be unfit for work because he or she has consumed alcohol or a drug of dependence.
