239 Application for giving of agency photograph (1) An authorised media organisation may apply to the Chief Commissioner for authorisation, under section 238, for the giving of an agency photograph that is in the possession of Victoria Police. (2) An application under subsection (1) must— (a) be in writing in the form approved by the Chief Commissioner and be accompanied by the prescribed fee; and (b) set out the reasons why the authority should be given, and in doing so, address the matters set out in section 240.
