216Immunity

216 Immunity (1) A PRS Board officer is not personally liable for anything done or omitted to be done in good faith— (a) in the performance of a function under this Act; or (b) in the reasonable belief that the act or omission was in the performance of a function under this Act. (2) Any liability arising from an act or omission that would, but for subsection (1), attach to a PRS Board officer, attaches instead to the PRS Board. (3) This section does not apply to the performance of a review function. See section 163(1) for protection of members performing review functions.
