208 Membership of Review Division The Review Division of the PRS Board consists of— (b) the Deputy President appointed under section 205(1)(b)(iii); and (c) as many other members as are required for the proper functioning of the Division, none of whom may be a police officer but at least one of whom must be— (i) a legal practitioner of at least 5 years standing; or (ii) a former police officer.
