207 Membership of Professional Standards Division The Professional Standards Division of the PRS Board consists of— (b) the Deputy President appointed under section 205(1)(b)(ii); and (c) as many other members as are required for the proper functioning of the Division, each of whom must be— S. 207(c)(i) amended by No. 54/2016 s. 22. (i) a person who has experience as a member of the professional or academic staff of a tertiary institution; or (ii) a legal practitioner of at least 5 years standing; or (iii) a police officer or former police officer.
