200R Offences in relation to requirement to give name and address
(1) A person who is requested by a protective services officer to state the person's name and address under section 200Q(1) must not refuse or fail to comply with the request.
(2) A person who is requested by a protective services officer to state the person's name and address under section 200Q(1) must not state a name that is false in a material particular.
(3) A person who is requested by a protective services officer to state the person's name and address under section 200Q(1) must not state an address other than the full and correct address of the person's ordinary place of residence or business.
(4) A protective services officer who is requested by a person to state the protective services officer's name and place of duty under section 200Q(5) must not refuse or fail to comply with the request.
(5) A protective services officer who is requested by a person to state the protective services officer's name and place of duty under section 200Q(5) must not state a name that is false in a material particular.
(6) A protective services officer who is requested by a person to state the protective services officer's name and place of duty under section 200Q(5) must not state as the protective services officer's place of duty an address other than the address of the protective services officer's ordinary place of duty.
(7) If a protective services officer is requested by a person to state, in writing, the protective services officer's name and place of duty under section 200Q(5), the protective services officer must not refuse to comply with the request in writing.
