200C Police custody officer supervisors and police custody officers have powers in declared police gaols On the recommendation of the Minister, the Governor in Council, by Order published in the Government Gazette, may declare the police gaols at which, or in relation to which, police custody officer supervisors and police custody officers may exercise their powers under Part 9A of the **Corrections Act 1986**.
