168 Certain complaints to be referred to the Chief Commissioner If a police officer or protective services officer makes a complaint to a police officer or protective services officer of a more senior rank about an officer other than the Chief Commissioner, the officer receiving the complaint must refer the complaint to the Chief Commissioner if that officer considers the complaint may be a complaint under section 167(3).
