158 Appearance and representation (1) On an appeal— (a) the appellant and the person selected for promotion or transfer may appear; and (b) the Chief Commissioner may appear, and may be represented by any person other than a legal practitioner. (2) On a review, the applicant and the Chief Commissioner may appear, and may be represented by any person other than a legal practitioner. S. 158A inserted by No. 54/2016 s. 18.
