156 General procedure (1) The PRS Board must conduct all appeals and reviews with as little formality and technicality, and as much speed, as the requirements of this Act and the proper consideration of the subject-matter permit. (2) As soon as practicable after an appeal or an application for review is lodged, the PRS Board must notify the Chief Commissioner. (3) Subject to this Act, the PRS Board may regulate its own procedure on an appeal or a review. S. 156A inserted by No. 54/2016 s. 16.
