151 PRS Board must have regard to public interest and interests of applicant (1) In a review, the PRS Board must have regard to— (a) the public interest; and (b) the interests of the applicant for review. (2) Subsection (1) does not limit the matters to which the PRS Board is otherwise required or permitted to have regard in a review. (3) In this section— ***public interest*** includes the interest of maintaining the integrity of, and community confidence in, Victoria Police.
