150 Chief Commissioner to lodge file in review of incapacity decisions (1) This section applies if an application for review is lodged in respect of a decision— (a) to transfer a police officer or protective services officer under section 70(2)(a) or (c); or (b) to reduce the rank or seniority of a police officer or protective services officer under section 70(2)(b) or (c); or (c) to dismiss a police officer or protective services officer under section 70(2)(d). (2) If an application for review is lodged, the Chief Commissioner must lodge the file relating to the decision with the PRS Board within 2 business days after the day on which he or she is notified under section 156(2) of the lodging of the application.
