133 Enforcement of the determination S. 133(1) substituted by No. 2/2024 s. 49. (1) The Chief Commissioner and, if the Chief Commissioner has not conducted the inquiry, the person conducting the inquiry must take all action reasonably necessary— (a) to give effect to a determination made on an inquiry; and (b) to enable the officer to comply with the determination. (2) A fine or requirement to pay compensation or costs or make restitution may be recovered in the Magistrates' Court as a civil debt or by deducting the amount from the officer's pay or from any other amount payable to him or her by the State.
