130 Authorisation of persons to charge or inquire into and determine charges (1) The Chief Commissioner may authorise any police officer or any person employed under the **Public Administration Act 2004** to— (a) charge a police officer or protective services officer under section 127; or (b) inquire into and determine a charge under section 129. (2) A person can be authorised under subsection (1)(a) or (b) or both, but the same authorised person cannot inquire into and determine a charge that he or she has laid.
