102 Operation of the Road Safety Act 1986 Nothing in this Part affects the operation of Part 5 of the **Road Safety Act 1986**. Part 6—Police registration Division 1—Registration 103 Qualifications for registration A person is qualified for registration under this Part if the person— (a) is of good character and reputation; and (b) has any qualifications and experience prescribed by the regulations for registration at a specified rank; and S. 103(c) amended by No. 54/2016 s. 9. (c) has the capabilities required to perform as a police officer at a specified rank.
