#### 87 Court may revoke restraining order 87 Court may revoke restraining order > > (1) The Supreme Court may revoke a restraining order on application by the person in relation to whose property it was made. > > > (2) The Supreme Court may refuse to revoke the order if the person does not— > > > > > (a) give security satisfactory to the Court for the payment of any amount for which the person may become liable under Division 2 as a result of the person’s commission of an act of violence, or > > > > > (b) give undertakings satisfactory to the Court concerning the person’s property. > > > (3) The Supreme Court may revoke a restraining order on application by an appropriate officer. > > > (4) This section does not limit the discretion of the Supreme Court to revoke or refuse to revoke a restraining order.
