#### 54 Victims Support Fund to pay victims support 54 Victims Support Fund to pay victims support > > (1) A claim for payment of the whole or any part of victims support for which approval is given by the Commissioner under section 43 is to be made to the Commissioner. > > > (2) On receiving the application for payment, the Commissioner must (subject to the conditions of the approval and any deductions made in accordance with those conditions) pay the relevant amount to the person to whom it is payable. > > > (3) The amount is to be paid out of the Fund or, if sufficient money is not available in that Fund, out of the Consolidated Fund which is, to the extent necessary, appropriated accordingly.
