#### 114 Personal liability of Commissioner and others 114 Personal liability of Commissioner and others > A matter or thing done (or omitted to be done) by the Commissioner, any member of staff employed for the purposes of this Act or a person acting under the direction of the Commissioner does not, if the matter or thing was done (or omitted to be done) in good faith for the purpose of exercising a function under this Act, subject the Commissioner, the member of staff or the person so acting personally to any action, liability, claim or demand.
