#### 111 Functions of Victims Advisory Board 111 Functions of Victims Advisory Board > > (1) The Victims Advisory Board has the following functions— > > > > > (a) to advise the Minister on policies and administrative arrangements relating to support services and assisting victims of crime, > > > > > (b) to consult victims of crime, community victims support groups and Government agencies on issues and policies concerning victims of crime, > > > > > (c) to promote legislative, administrative or other reforms to meet the needs of victims of crime. > > > (2) Any advice given to the Minister may be given either at the request of the Minister or without any such request.
