93 Reconsideration of decisions
(1) As soon as practicable after receiving an application for
reconsideration of a decision (the first decision), the commissioner
must—
(a) appoint a person or entity (the appointed reviewer) to review the
first decision; or
(b) review the first decision.
(2) Within 30 days after the day the commissioner or the appointed
reviewer receives the application for reconsideration, the
commissioner or the appointed reviewer must—
(a) reconsider the first decision; and
(b) confirm, vary or set aside the decision.
