76 Commissioner must not give offender confidential
information
(1) The commissioner must not, as far as practicable, in any recovery
action, give confidential information about a person who has received
financial assistance or a funeral expense payment to the offender
convicted or found guilty of the offence to which the assistance or
payment relates.
