72 Commissioner must assess risks associated with
recovery action
The commissioner must not take, or continue, recovery action without
taking into account—
(a) the objective risks to the safety of any person; and
(b) the subjective concerns of an assisted person about the
commissioner’s contact with an offender or recovery action
generally.
