68 Death of assisted person before repayment made
If an assisted person who has been given a repayment arrangement
notice under section 66 dies before repaying all, or part, of the
repayment amount stated in the notice (the outstanding amount), the
commissioner must not seek to recover the outstanding amount from
the estate of the person.
