62 Definitions—pt 5 repayment amount, that applies to an assisted person who has received an associated payment, means the lesser of— (a) the amount of financial assistance and a funeral expense payment made to the assisted person; and (b) the amount of the associated payment, or any part of the associated payment, that covers the same harm or loss as an amount mentioned in paragraph (a) was intended to cover. repayment arrangement notice means a notice under section 66 (Repayment arrangement notice). repayment direction notice means a notice under section 67 (Repayment direction notice).
