29 Recognition payment for class A related victim (1) A financial payment (a recognition payment) may be made to a class A related victim for trauma experienced by the class A related victim as a result of an act of violence against a primary victim. (2) A recognition payment for a class A related victim is a payment of the amount prescribed by regulation.
