66 Fraud A person must not— (a) obtain or attempt to obtain fraudulently any assistance under this Act, whether for himself or herself or any other person, and whether or not in collusion with any other person; or (b) knowingly assist any other person to obtain fraudulently any assistance under this Act. 1. 120 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months or both.
