19 Establishment
(1) The Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal is established.

(2) The Tribunal consists of the Chief Magistrate and all other persons who hold the office of magistrate under section 7 of the **Magistrates' Court Act 1989** or reserve magistrate engaged under section 9C of that Act.
