15 Assistance available to person incurring funeral expenses for primary victim A person who has incurred funeral expenses as a direct result of the death of a primary victim of an act of violence and who is not a related victim of that act may be awarded by the Tribunal assistance for the funeral expenses actually and reasonably incurred by that person.
