### 22 Obstruction of Public Trustee, &c. > > (1) In this section, ***Public Trustee*** includes the Deputy Public Trustee and the officers, servants and agents of the Public Trustee. > > > (2) A person must not, without reasonable excuse, obstruct, hinder, threaten or intimidate the Public Trustee, or any other person, who is executing a restraining order. > > > > Penalty: In the case of – > > > > > > (a) a body corporate – a fine not exceeding 100 penalty units; and > > > > > > > (b) an individual – a fine not exceeding 20 penalty units or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years, or both.
