### 19 Registration of a restraining order
> > (1) If the restraining order applies to property of a particular kind and a law of Tasmania provides for the registration of title to, or of charges over, property of that kind, the authority responsible for administering that law is, on the application of the Director, to record on the register kept under that law particulars of –

> > > > (a) the restraining order; and
> > >
> > > > (b) any extension or variation of the restraining order; and
> > >
> > > > (c) any order under [section 21](#GS21@EN) [(3)](#GS21@Gs3@EN) made in relation to the restraining order.

> > (2) If the restraining order applies to land under the [Land Titles Act 1980](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1980-019) , the order does not take effect until a priority notice has been lodged under that Act in relation to the order.
