sec.90 Information sharing arrangements
The chairperson may enter into an arrangement with a government entity for the purposes of sharing or exchanging information— held by the commissioner or government entity; or to which the commissioner or government entity has access. The arrangement may relate only to information that assists the board in reviewing a systemic issue under section 62 (1) . The arrangement must not provide for sharing or exchanging of protected information. (sec.90-ssec.2) The arrangement may relate only to information that assists the board in reviewing a systemic issue under section 62 (1) .
