sec.83 Minutes and other records
The board must keep— minutes of its meetings; and a record of its decisions and resolutions. If the board makes a decision or resolution that relates to a function of the board under this Act, the minutes must include details of how each member voted. a decision about reviewing a systemic issue, a resolution about the terms of reference for a review (sec.83-ssec.1) The board must keep— minutes of its meetings; and a record of its decisions and resolutions.
