sec.74 Vacancy in office
The office of an appointed member becomes vacant if the member— completes a term of office and is not reappointed; or is disqualified from continuing in office under section 70 ; or is absent from 3 consecutive meetings of the board without the board’s permission and without a reasonable excuse; or resigns by notice under section 75 ; or is removed from office under section 76 .
- (a) completes a term of office and is not reappointed; or
