sec.67 Members of board
The board consists of— the chairperson; and the police commissioner or a police officer nominated by the police commissioner; and the director of public prosecutions or officer appointed to assist the director under the Director of Public Prosecutions Act 1984 nominated by the director; and not more than 6 other members appointed by the Minister under section 69 .
- (a) the chairperson; and
- (b) the police commissioner or a police officer nominated by the police commissioner; and
- (c) the director of public prosecutions or officer appointed to assist the director under the Director of Public Prosecutions Act 1984 nominated by the director; and
- (d) not more than 6 other members appointed by the Minister under section 69 .
