sec.60 Information sharing arrangements
The commissioner may enter into an arrangement with a prescribed person for the purposes of sharing or exchanging information— held by the commissioner or prescribed person; or to which the commissioner or prescribed person has access. The arrangement may relate only to information that assists the commissioner and prescribed person in dealing with a complaint under part 3 . The arrangement must not provide for sharing or exchanging of protected information. (sec.60-ssec.1) The commissioner may enter into an arrangement with a prescribed person for the purposes of sharing or exchanging information— held by the commissioner or prescribed person; or to which the commissioner or prescribed person has access. (sec.60-ssec.2) The arrangement may relate only to information that assists the commissioner and prescribed person in dealing with a complaint under part 3 .
