sec.41 Charter of victims’ rights
The charter of victims’ rights (the victims charter ) is set out in schedule 1 . As far as practicable and appropriate, the victims charter is to govern the conduct of prescribed persons in dealing with affected victims. See also the principles for victims and others under the Mental Health Act 2016 , section 6 . (sec.41-ssec.1) The charter of victims’ rights (the victims charter ) is set out in schedule 1 .
