sec.33 Information sharing arrangements
The commissioner may enter into an arrangement with a government entity for the purposes of sharing or exchanging information— held by the commissioner or government entity; or to which the commissioner or government entity has access. The arrangement may relate only to information that assists the commissioner in performing the commissioner’s functions under section 9 (a) and (b) . The arrangement must not provide for sharing or exchanging of protected information. (sec.33-ssec.1) The commissioner may enter into an arrangement with a government entity for the purposes of sharing or exchanging information— held by the commissioner or government entity; or to which the commissioner or government entity has access. (sec.33-ssec.2) The arrangement may relate only to information that assists the commissioner in performing the commissioner’s functions under section 9 (a) and (b) .
