113 Application for variation of registered corresponding order

S. 113(1) amended by No. 37/2024 s. 70(2).

(1) The Chief Commissioner may apply to the Court for the variation of a registered corresponding order.

S. 113(2) amended by No. 37/2024 s. 70(2).

(2) The respondent may, with the leave of the Court, apply to the Court for the variation of a registered corresponding order.

(3) The Court may grant leave to apply under subsection (2) if the Court is satisfied that there has been a substantial change in circumstances since the corresponding order was made.
