106 Registration of corresponding order after determination of Court

S. 106(1) amended by No. 37/2024 s. 62(2).

(1) The County Court registrar must register a corresponding order without variation or with variations as directed by the Court under this Division.

S. 106(2) amended by No. 37/2024 s. 62(2).

(2) The County Court registrar must not register a corresponding order if the Court has determined under this Division that the order is not to be registered.
