83G Effect of service of notice of appointment After service on a private building surveyor of a notice of the appointment of a manager for the private building surveyor's business and until the appointment is terminated, the private building surveyor and any partner, officer, employee or agent of the private building surveyor must not participate in that business except under the direct supervision of the manager.
